Brisbane, Australia is home to Bespoke Press. What caught my eye is their printing press made here in Cleveland, Ohio! Their website is not fully up and running but there is a blog.
The blog author is a big fan of Ohio's own Amy Butler. (Living and working in Granville, Ohio.)

Interesting Blog

Here is a blog that is devoted to correspondence trends and etiquette. There are posts on Thank You notes, how to acknowledge the death of a friend's pet, how to properly address an envelope, - generally encouraging the use of paper correspondence.
Very insightful and interesting...also check out their website that sells small house cards.
Lots of good reference for seasonal cards and stationery!

Bazaar Bizarre... not your granny's craft fair!
